2. In the morning, we had a fabulous breakfast at David's Deli across from ACT (counter again) then grabbed a cable car to Ghiradelli Square, while the hotel staff kept an eye on our luggage.

4. have to say, whilst we were there we had a heat wave but we were told it is usually quite cold - and you are recommend to take warm clothes to layer,San francisco has a fabulous skyline - I would say better than New Yorks.
