1. We did encounter a few problems with viewing pay per view movies and playing the free DVDs available, but my son was won over by the free treat that came along with the service, and they did try to remedy the problem.

9. The hotel did get the bedding changed out quickly and without inconvenience to us, but considering our multiple notifications of the need for down free bedding we expected the room to be ready at check-in.

10. We had notified the hotel of a feather allergy and our need for feather free bedding at the time of reservation, as well as the day before arrival, but the room had down bedding when we checked in.
