4. It can't cost that much to refresh them at Goodwill, right? They already bought the cheapest Ikea furniture available so why not some non-scary linens and pillows? We were only in the apartment for breakfast and sleeping, so the location is the best reason to rent this place.

7. Also in living room was kitchenette: working 4 burner stove with oven, mid-size fridge/freezer, sink and all the necessities for reasonable comfort.
