1. The conditions of this room are completely unacceptable for human habitation and should be taken care of immediately.

3. We stayed in a three bed apt and we had plenty of room, I agree that service was only average but who cares its NYC, all you need is a place to put your head at night.

4. I told the management about all of these things, and while they were nice and cordial, it made no difference since I am sure this is all they do, listen to complaints all day and say they will take care of it.

8. ) Yes just like someone said in one of his/her reviews they have some other hotel chain's daily care products (I think it was holiday inn), but I figured they bought leftovers from the manufacturer for less price.
