5. When we found sugar ants marching a piece of popcorn around the room right after check-in I asked for a different room, maybe newer? However, they said we WERE in the new section.

7. Our room did not smell like chlorine, the carpet was new by any stretch, but we were not concerned walking bare foot.

8. Returned to my room at 11 pm to find that the fire alarm was beeping (needing a new battery) after several phone calls and a couple of comical room visits the problem was eventually fixed (by ripping the alarm off the wall) at 12.
