1. On rare occasions, there are some noisy guests, and someone left some beer cans on the elevator, the front desk took care of it immediately.

4. we both made a point of asking different questions every day just to annoy the 'ladies' behind the counter who were more occupied with talking to young men who hung around the foyer than adressing anything we needed not that the night porter who doubles as the day porter cared.

6. Third night we went to Comfort hotel which is 5 minutes away from this one ,paid twice that much,but don't care ,and got great service.
