1. That night left me nothing else but to say that the hotel was absolutely terrible, our stay there was awfull, the service was horrible and I would never, ever come back even though I know it's one of the cheapest way to stay at that great location in Miami.

2. You come in and you expect the best: great location, reasonable prices, friendly staff at the reception, nice promises and nice lobby, but from the first minute you step into your room and get a closer look all of your hopes and aspirations for the holiday to come fade away.
