3. Lift was extremely slow and didn't seem very safe, the hall way smelled like someone was cooking smelly socks in their room, the room was damp and had mildew all on the ceiling, the door to the closet/air con room was broken so had to listen to the noise of the air con which sounded like it was about to cark it and the smell coming out of it was gross, the toilet was blocked, the towels had hairs all over them, the floor was sticky (??) and the window was so big the curtain couldnt close properly only 2 lights were working in the room - there wasn't even bulbs in some of the lights.
