4. If I came back to Chicago on business, I would stay somewhere else (because my company would be paying) but if I came back myself on leisure, I would stay here again, except I would try to make sure I didn`t get a room that faced the alley -- I think the rooms facing the street would have been quieter.

We are very frequent Chicago travellers (and former residents) and thought: -the hotel was clean and the furniture/fixtures at least acceptable, except for the other bed -the service was good (we needed service twice, once for our child accidentally locking the safe, they came very prompt; the other time for an information at the reception for which the internet was needed, also good and speedy help).
