1. I used the heater/fan to mask some of the noise; ear plugs took care of the rest.

8. Every hotel staff member I spoke with was friendly and chatty (especially the maintenance guy - I needed help with the in-room safe and he took care of everything quickly.

9. I only recommend this hotel for the people who really don't care about staying in lujurious hotels, and for people who are spending most of the time outside.

10. There is no view from the windows of room 535, just brick buildings across the narrow alleyway but I don't care, I'm not hanging around in the room anyway, it was more important to me that the location was right in the heart of downtown, very close to the 'bean' art thing next to the lake.
