3. The Essex is orders of magnitude better than the Travelodge.

Good thing I didn't listen to these uninformed staff because I googled and then found a better room at the Essex Inn around the corner that has a whole floor dedidated to smokers so obviously there are smoking hotel rooms in Chicago and obviously the misinformed staff at the Travelodge are not worth listening to.

5. I wanted to tell him about our good and bad experiences, but I thought better of it and just told him that everything had been fine.

9. Stayed here for 3 nights and it was decent for the amount I paid but I wish I had spent more for a better hotel.
