1. Good: Smoke free, conveniently located (attached to the Bellagio hotel by a covered walkway), very clean - it was spotless, friendly and responsive staff, no noisy casino, centrally located (thus, walkable to everywhere), amazing view of the Las Vegas strip, very stylish and beautiful hotel.

3. Cabanas were not available ('not sure why, that is kinda weird' was the response I got) and the pool closed every day at 5 PM -just when you might be back to your room to enjoy a dip in the pool or hot tub.

6. We returned to the desk and requested to be moved; the staff were quite responsive and apologetic but again didn't listen to my needs.

7. i completed a follow up survey, and given the nature of the problem, the hotels response was unacceptable, saying they wer sorry the bed was not ' to my liking'.

9. Her response was that 'I made the charges, so shouldn't I be able to recognize that the credit was applied?' Shocking really.
