5. Closer attention needs to be given to scuffed areas such as the skirting boards in the rooms, vanity surrounds in the bathrooms etc.

7. I also used the spa on one occasion for a nail repair and the lady was extremely nice, i can't remember her name, something like Zoe I think, but she was fantastic and very attentive.

The noise finally ceased at 4am, after very little sleep we brought this to the attention of the front desk the following morning who were very apologetic and assured us that it would have been another guest having a party within the building and that 'those' people normally only stay 1-2 nights anyway.
