1. Great downtown location at a very reasonable price.

2. We tried them soon after they opened because the location is very close to Union Station and is only a block from the Opera House, the Lyric Opera being one of the reasons we visit here.

5. What is most disappointing about this experience is that the clerk checking us in certainly knew there is an issue with the noise from the flags on that side of the building (the reason I have rated the service as poor).

10. If you do stay, avoid the complimentary breakfast, it is very disappointing for a number of reasons- although eggs/bacon/sausage are included, they are of very poor quality.
