1. We stayed her on Valentine's Day and not only did we get a great rate, we had great customer service and the breakfast was awesome.

2. A friend and I stayed here with our two toddlers and it was amazing, the hotel was gorgeous and the staff were awesome, the only problem I had was with my bill where I was charged an extra fee for something I never signed for but I called and they reimbursed me right away.

4. The beds were comfy, shower was spacious and modern, and the TV's were awesome (not the tiny ones seen at many hotels).

7. The only thing I did not like was you have to pay for parking ( around $30/day) Other than that this place is awesome for a business or leisure trip to Chicago.
