4. A friend and I stayed here with our two toddlers and it was amazing, the hotel was gorgeous and the staff were awesome, the only problem I had was with my bill where I was charged an extra fee for something I never signed for but I called and they reimbursed me right away.

7. We couldn't have been more pleased with the location; a short walk to Sears Tower and public transportation, and the fantastic staff who were very friendly and extremely helpful with directions for utilizing buses and the L to get to various destinations.
