Nice staff at comp bar at Nightly Manager's reception though I never saw a manager my entire stay, until service and food was NOT present at breakfast, then a manager and staff seemed to jump to 'recovery' mode like they did not expect a Sunday morning crowd for breakfast between Christmas and new years Day at a downtown family hotel.

5. The hotel was organized and had a plan in place to keep new Year's celebrations to an appropriate level, and security measures to make sure only hotel guests came in to the hotel.
