1. I didn't expect Ritz Carlton service but I did expect better than Hotel 6.

2. The location can't be better- 3 blocks from the Magnificent Mile and close to great restaurants and shopping, The inclusive (not free, it's part of the price) breakfast and 2 hour open bar with premium bottled beer make this place an incredible value.

7. You're right on State Street, and just a couple of blocks away from Michigan Avenue--you couldn't be in a better location.

8. The free breakfast buffet was very nice and the food was very good, a lot better than other free breakfast at other hotels I have been to.

9. I used to really like the Embassy Suites Downtown/Lakefront, but think I like this Embassy Suites better for the location and the fact that it's a little smaller, and therefore was not as crowded over the long weekend.

10. As a person who once considered Hilton our preferred choice and have been gold or silver for the past 5 yrs I would certainly expect better customer service.
