1. The hotel staff were all very friendly and the location was convenient to both restaurants and shopping.

2. There's a pretty good evening 'manager's reception' at least on the weekdays when I'm there consisting of light snacks with wine, pop, and other drinks - all free and very convenient and not at all bad.
