9. It feels very much like a hotel -- generic design with zero risks, muted colors, institutional furniture, starving-artist-sale paintings, boring (and sort of uninviting) lobby, etc.

10. However, I would definitely choose a room category that states 'generous city views' as a new building is going up on one side of the Omni which looks like it is right smack up against it.
