3. I didn't believe he was the engineer because he looked so young, but he took care of my issue within few minutes and I was able to get to bed at a reasonable time in warmth.

4. Valet parking is a bit expensive, but I knew my car would be taken care of, I believe they use a private garage, not a public garage.

6. It is sitting on a counter along side the tea and coffee facilities ( Not in the mini bar where all chargeable items should be) which are free so be careful and be warned if you drink the water it will cost you $9.
