9. Not really much to add to the title really, everything you could want from a hotel from a warm welcome to a great room, nice bar food, everything very clean, complimentary tea and coffee in a morning, just all wonderful.

10. Coffee is provided in the lobby each morning (there is no machine in the room) and hot apple cider was provided late afternoon which was a lovely touch - and most welcome after coming in from the cold.
