3. *Excellent* staff at all points of contact, great rooms, very fine dirty martinis, excellent location, good breakfast, & a lift which took us directly to Nordstrom (we're British - we're not used to that sort of thing.

5. The hotel is not cheap, but with advance booking and pre-paid we were able to get a good deal at $195pn for rooms with two double beds and two adults.

6. The reception/lobby folks were great - called me to let me know my room was ready, gave good advice in general.

7. The only facility we used was the hotel lobby bar which was very good - attentive bar tenders, a decent crowd most evenings.
