3. - Cleaning services were fantastic - I once had to drop by my room when it was being cleaned, and the cleaning staff had no problem accommodating my asking for 10 minutes so I could grab my things and head out.

7. Check in took a bit of time since I wanted to put incidental deposit on a different card rather than the one I used to pay for room charges, the front desk was quick to accommodate this request and sped me through the check in process.
