4. We were also checked in personally by Tim, the head of the concierge staff, who took special time to greet my daughter (and her doll), wish her a happy birthday and tell us about the area.

8. The bell hops, doormen and desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful - They seemed genuinely happy to see us, like we were long lost friends.
