3. Our room was right next to the elevator, and I was afraid it would be noisy, but it was nice and quiet, except for some street noises to be expected.

6. The price of the room is pretty equivalent to others in town (except for the higher end properties), and parking of course costs an arm and a leg (although they are slightly cheaper alternatives with other parking lots/structures).
