1. I can't think of any negatives with this hotel, perhaps except the size of the rooms, but that's New York.

We love the WSH - the lobby is spacious, the staff friendly and professional (with the exception of Ronnie, who talks a mile a minute and tries to convince us to eat at restaurants we've no interest in - I think he gets a kick back for recommending certain places), the location is wonderful, and everything is CLEAN.
