1. We were disappointed and not pleased since the receptionist didn't even ask what we wanted, or if there were not any single beds left, failed to let us know that.

6. Accounting seems to be directed to make it as difficult as possible - first sending back our email that stated the name and day of stay, saying, 'please let us know the name and date of stay'.

8. The architecture of the Hotel is perhaps the most creative I've seen - colorful and pleasing - designed by noted architect Michael Graves.

9. You get the same benefits as an 'official' disney hotel (extra magic hours, free transportation etc), so please don't let this put you off staying here.

10. Good combination of pools ,the grotto has a water slide, kids were very pleased with the combination of options, we spent a full day at the pools and the kids loved it.
