1. I heard the resort was conveniently located near Epcot and other attractions but found all of my needs to be met without leaving the property.

5. Location was convenient, but Orlando is a place where you do need to drive no matter what, so location shouldn't be that important when choosing a place.

6. Very convenient for Epcot and we had a great view over the lake - once we were transferred there after being taken to a room that had been recently smoked-in.

The things that were fantastic and make me definitely want to stay there again:-the pool, there is one that is 3' deep all around and perfect for young kids-easy boat ride to Hollywood Studios (ended up being my family's favorite park)-walking distance to Disney's Boardwalk which was fun to stroll along and gave us lots more options for convenient dining-The Fountain (restaurant with an ice cream shop theme on site)-the spa.

10. While we used the complimentary safe deposit box at the front desk to secure our valuables, it was not convenient and having such a simple thing to fix take repeated calls was not acceptable at a resort of this level.
