Pros:* Excellent location close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios (accessible by frequent boat service) and Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom (by Disney bus)* generally very friendly and helpful staff* Good pool area though did find ants in the pool, must have been a nest nearby* Some excellent restaurants, enjoyed Kimono's and the Italian restaurant on-site* Very good value - generally seems cheaper than many other 'on-site' Disney propertiesCons:* Rooms are dated and very basic* Bathroom tiny to the point you can't open/close door if you are sitting on the toilet* Not a real Disney experience if that is what you are after, Character breakfast at Garden Grove was literally just two characters the whole timeIf there was an option, I'd give it 3.
