1. The only bad thing was that the Rooftop Terrace was closed during the time that we were there, and that was one of the reasons that I originally booked the hotel.

2. We placed a call late evening for a bucket of ice and a second call 50 minutes later to the front desk to inquire as to where it was? In my view this level of service at this hotel is unacceptable at any time for any reason.

3. The location is great, Gramercy Park is a lovely neighbourhood, and a huge bonus, and indeed one of the reasons we chose this hotel was the fact that we would be able to visit the private garden (which is wonderful).

4. My wife and I do not like staying in Mid Town or Times Square for several reasons mainly due to tourists and the crowds.

9. 00 a night (careful on your Iphone this part dosen't show when you log on)- for some reason this bugged me, kinda seemed cheap of them- charge me 520.
