1. With the exception of the doorman and the porter it seems the rest of the staff involved in the service are not very helpful.

7. Everyone of the staff that we met could not be more helpful, or professional - from the bellmen, to checkin staff, to concierge, to Restaurant and Bar staff and even the chambermaids, and it made a wonderful holiday even more special.
