1. The same old issues as you find in other New York hotels are still true here, the expensive wifi, no coffee making facilities in the room, a small useless bath, but they make up for it by having luxurious rooms, coffee and free wifi in the lobby etc.

2. just arrived from Plaza Ahenee, a five nights stay great hotel, very helpfull and courtesy staff , very good concierges specially Kevin T(he gave me very good recomendations for broadway shows and Antonhy from My country BrazilOur room was a deluxee good size bellow this category rooms area little be smallIn room internet is overpriced (U$ 16 but if you use in the lobby or businees center is free )breakfast is overpriced too U$38 (lots of options in the neighborhood )It was my best hotel experience in NY I will definetefinitively return and recommend to everyone.

4. The wireless internet from the room is fairly expensive ($16 a day) but there is free internet available from the business centre.

5. When I complained about being told this for three times they were very accomodating in offering us free drinks at the bar.
