2. She them proceeded to bring us our breakfast but not as ordered and just actually laughed it off saying that waht she brought us probably actually tasted better than what we had ordered.

3. When you stay in a Ritz Carlton (especially when you pay a higher than usual rate because of an event) you expect excellent service, but what we received was better than excellent.

7. The only nit pick complaint my wife and I had was that the shower head could have been a little better but I'm sure that is some environmentally sensitive lower flow shower head.
