1. I say that but actually we found our bed too hard, but when we complained, they upgraded us the next day and we were very happy.

2. Fantastic front desk staff who are always happy to chat and book stuff for you (a Soho House concierge also has more clout, I would guess, than a standard hotel concierge).

4. The reason for this decision was that I not only loved the look of the rooms and location of the hotel but was very impressed by the manner in which the hotel was happy to help me with my plans, so to ensure that my proposal was as special as possible.
