4. The staff were very friendly, but maybe lacking of knowledge as I ask were is the Chelsea market and nobody was really able to understand and in fact it's just after the big apple store, 2 street above.

8. lots of freebees, giant plasma screen, fantastic shower and tub but abit shabby round the edges (big stains around the bath, dirty windows) but the good definitely outshone the bad by a mile.
