5. Staff is very friendly always ready to assist you, very clean the deli around the corner on 8th is wonderful, good restaraunts close by you cant go wrong here, will defenitly come back.

9. The only glitch was when one day they didn't clean the room, and when I called the front desk to let them know, the appologized, but didn't do anything about it :( Other than that (which I'm sure is a rare case) it was wonderful.
