1. WHile this was fun, it did not allow much privacy for anyone needing to use the bathroom facilities.
"Great for first time to NYC " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/16/2011 Vote
2. The breakfast room, too, is cramped but the choice was good - the automatic pancake machine was great fun if a little tempramental.
"Excellent location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/15/2011 Vote
3. Another thing is that there are alot of tour groups with older people that stay here, so there were times when I felt like I was vacationing at a retirement village - which isn't much fun when you are in you twenties.
"Bad start, ok finish " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/1/2011 Vote
4. It's barebones, small rooms, decent bathroom (ours was not as small as other reviewers described), but if it's a Holiday Inn Express, what do you expect? You don't come to NYC to sit in a hotel, you come to have fun.
"Excellent for what you need a hotel to be " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/3/2011 Vote
5. We had absolutely no complaints, yes breakfast is chaotic, but so is the rest of New York and yes, there were police/fire/ambulance sirens and lots of people noise again that is New York, best thing is if you want a countryside holiday go to the countryside but if you want a great hotel in a fabulous, fun city then I would recommend this hotel it is close to Penn Station, which means getting around the city and to and from the airport is easy.
"Fantastic " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/15/2010 Vote
6. Always loaded with foreign tourists so fun to hear many languages.

9. This visit was with my daughter for fun.

10. Obviously, there are much nicer hotels in the city, but if you would rather spend your money having fun and eating well, this is a great find.
