1. The location of the Doubletree was only a few blocks from Penn Station and seemed like a good fit.

7. I am not saying this was a 'bad' hotel - I mean the location is very central to all the happenings of Times Square, Madison Square Garden and the rest of Midtown, but I feel like for the money, the management could spend a little more money on the small things, like updating the bathrooms and brightening up the paint to give the hotel a little more visual appeal that is expected with a mid-level hotel.
"Very tight quarters - needs some up-keep " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/17/2012 Vote
8. Myself and my sisters stayed here for my 40th birthday as a present and what a place to stay it was an excellent location right on times square and centrally located for everything 3 ladies need ie: shopping and theatre not forgetting the food the suite itself was spotless and could not fault one person from the fairy who cleaned our room to the bar tender who mixed us vodka and sprite to the lovely people who assisted us with breakfast I would like to thank each and everyone of them for a memorable stay and hope to see them soon I would recommend this as an experience you will never forget and the best place to stay to enjoy it many thanks.
