It is slightly out of the way if you are walking (Between 8th and 9th Avenues in the fashion district) and first impressions were not the best, as we seemed to be heading into what appeared to be a bit of a seedy areaHaving found the hotel our concerns evaporated as what we found was a hotel with a nice intimate reception/foyer, spotlessley clean and maintained bar and snack/restaurant area and very welcoming staffOur room was a good size (for NYC) modern and extremely well equipped.
