8. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of July and every staff member we met was friendly and seemed interested in making our stay a happy one.

9. We didn't eat at the restaurant but concierge were always so happy and helpful in booking restaurants for us, giving us maps, offering advice etc.
