2. The common areas of the hotel are intentionally dark with comfortable sunken conversation areas, the staff was friendly and hlpful and our room was decent size for NYC with queen bed, desk and 8 ft couch.

6. The rooms are a decent size (not overly huge, but it is NYC after all), clean, the bathroom was actually pretty big and had an area to sit and put your makeup on etc.

7. Excellent location near Times Square, Broadway and Grand Central, good metro connection, alone decent food and restaurants in the area seem a bit hard to come by.

8. Staff were all very friendly and couldnt do enough to help, We had a delux king on the 14th Floor and the room was a decent size for New York, Bed was VERY comfortable and the Shower was excellent.

10. 1 mn away from the hotel, there is a decent choice of starbucks' like coffees and all kinds of restaurants where you can easily get some good and affordable breakfast.
