3. Wasn't much of an issue except the odor seemed to creep into our room a little bit (through the vents?) The smoking smells came and went but it kind of surprised me that the hotel staff didn't discover/notice/care about someone obviously smoking where they weren't supposed be.

7. And let me tell you, based on the EXCELLENT customer service - particularly from front desk - while I was disappointed that my departure to London was delayed, I couldn't have been taken better care of than by the team at Royalton.
