1. With the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing, the service staff, although pleasant, were way below the standard of a $400/night/room (incl taxes) hotel.

Affinia was also a hotel of choice, as it was near my business meeting location, but am pleasantly surprised too, how convenient it was to everywhere else - just across Madison Square Garden, where I watched a New York Knicks game (vs Cavaliers on 29th Feb), a slow walk to Times Square, Empire State Building.
