1. The rooms are excellent - went deluxe both times and the space is fantastic, staff were very attentive and responsive to any problems .

7. The beds were very comfortable but I rated their cleanliness down - it was clean overall but housekeeping lacked attention to detail - maybe because it was so busy and my husband reckons I get out the white gloves for inspections (not quite true).
