4. The hotel staff are so accomodating and friendly, the front office manager, Robert Falco, was so very helpful and even said to get ahold of him for our next visit for a room that overlooked the city, now that's customer service.

5. I did not have very much personal interaction with the hotel staff (because I did not have any major issues and had booked my tours etc before I arrived) but they certainly were very friendly and appeared very efficient.
