2. One morning there were approximately 8 people on the one elevator and nearing the 2nd floor the elevator took a suddenl drop, no one was injured but everyone except one woman was scared to death.

5. I recently stayed at Bryant Park Hotel with my wife on our two-year anniversary, to say the least - the service was exceptional and exceeded every expectation I had.

6. Positives:- location amazing, staff very helpful and friendly without exception, cellar bar very cool and free drinks for guests from 4-5 (full bar), very spacious room for NY, very comfy bed and huge bathroom.

7. We used the stairs when going down every time except one, and then my wife was able to squeeze on the elevator with our two bags and I took the stairs.

9. Living in Dubai and used to the exceptional service levels that Lala land Dubai hotels offer its clients whether staying or in their F&B outlets, Bryant Park even surpassed these.
