The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient, our room may have been small but it was spotless, the bathroom was beautifully designed, the complementary wine and cheese every afternoon/early evening in the Reading Room as well as the complementary teas, coffees, biscuits and cakes served all day were a welcome relief after a busy day.
