1. While not the obvious choice as family-friendly (the stylish contemporary bar in the lobby is quite a scene), the rooms are spacious and it is only two blocks from the glorious Reading Terminal Market.

7. Decor is modern and stylish, though not necessarily family friendly as the bathroom doors can catch little fingers, the floor lamp is tippy, and there isn't a desk or table that is suitable for snacking or coloring.
