3. Everyone in the hotel (front desk, maintanance, hospitality, housekeeping, etc) were excellent and made us feel like 'family' even on Easter day when I'm sure they would have rather been home with their own families.

5. The breakfast area here is very large - larger than most Hamptons - which was nice, so you didn't feel like you were eating on top of other hotel patrons.
